My fitness journey started when I was about 8 years old joining the RFST swim team. I did this for about 7 years.

In high school my jr year is when I found my love and passion for power lifting. When I was about 19 I got serious about my fitness journey and joined a local gym and took some of their mixed classed, eager to know more and more about what my body could do.

When that didn’t challenge me enough anymore I joined a cross training gym in Bonney lake for about five years and it was there I started to learn about true weight lifting and cross training. I learned so much and loved it there so much I was asked to sub a few classes here and there, and that’s where the interest began to become a coach or trainer of some sort.

In 2019 I started showing interest in strong man and got in touch with a coach who coached me all the way through my first strong man competition.

To have this accomplishment under my belt was amazing, empowering and left me wanting to know more. In 2020 I joined my first actual CrossFit gym in yelm and began to work on these types of lifts. This is where I found out CrossFit is where I belonged.

In 2022 my husband and I moved back to our hometown of Buckley/Enumclaw and I finally got to join Doxsa with some of my other friends I had known and I knew I was home. It is here where I pushed myself the most and was pushed the most by others. So much that I was encouraged to become a coach in the spring of 2024 and got to start coaching by October of 2024.

My turning point in life was the drive to want more for myself. Fitness and nutrition is the one thing that keeps my mind sane and keeps me grounded.

I was over weight, smoked and drank a lot before my journey really began and I decided enough is enough and I never looked back.

I knew I deserved better and so does my family.

My purpose is to find someone’s weakness and turn it into a strength. I have a strong passion for post and prenatal women as well and I’m currently getting my certification in this to help this group of individuals.

Ultimately, I want to help anyone and everyone willing to make themselves the strongest and most authentic version of themselves.
