As a certified CFL1 trainer having over 7 years of experience, I specialize in personal growth and development. Coming from a background of kettlebelll competitions drove me to find a passion in the fitness industry to reach true potential in athletes I work with. Growing up, I was involved in track and field. I love going on hikes and being with my family!

Before and during pregnancy, I worked out very seldom. When I had my daughter, it took me 4 years to start working out again! If it wasn’t for my mom, who knows where I’d be today! Starting out in Bootcamp kettlebell classes quickly led me to CrossFit. From there, that’s where my focus and passion changed for having a big heart in fitness! The way I felt and looked forever changed my outlook on health and wellness!
